Right now, we are working through the remaining inspections and will start our internal vetting and selection process soon. We plan to have our decision made by May 8th and will notify the winner via telephone.

*Eligibility Requirements (Requisitos de Elegibilidad)

•Nominees must reside in AND own a single-family home within Petrali Roofing’s service area in or around Colorado Springs (Los nominados deben residir y ser propietarios de una casa unifamiliar dentro del área de servicio de Petrali Roofing en Colorado Springs o sus alrededores)
•Home’s foundation must consist of either concrete slab, basement, crawl space, and/or pier (La base de la vivienda debe consistir en losa de concreto, sótano, espacio de acceso (crawl space) y/o pilotes)
•Due to safety concerns, homes with a roof pitch of more than 10/12 will not be considered for the giveaway (Por motivos de seguridad, no se considerarán para el sorteo las viviendas con techos que tengan una pendiente superior a 10/12)
•Any roof that is currently covered by another roofer’s workmanship warranty will not be considered for the giveaway (No se considerarán para el sorteo los techos que actualmente estén cubiertos por una garantía de mano de obra de otra empresa de techado)
•Homes currently in foreclosure and/or listed for sale will not be considered for the giveaway (No se considerarán para el sorteo las viviendas que estén en proceso de ejecución hipotecaria y/o que estén listadas para la venta)
•A roof Inspection is required in order to be considered for the giveaway (Se requiere una inspección del techo para ser considerado en el sorteo)
